"I stayed here for a few months while on a work assignment and this place was exactly what I needed. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive. I had no issues with my stay. It was so cozy, quiet, and in an area that is just minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Above all else, I felt safe and it really was a home away from home. I would recommend this place and when I come back to the area, I would love to stay again!"

"I had a short delay getting into a new apartment after relocating to Fredericksburg for a new job. This apt was PERFECT for those few days. The location allowed me to get a feel for my new hometown up close and personal. The apt was squeaky clean which I really appreciated. It was also fully equipped for cooking which I also truly appreciated. I highly recommend this apt for anyone looking to get a taste of Fredericksburg and its offerings."

"Suzanne's home was host to our daughter for her summer internship near Fredericksburg. The apartment was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg. The apartment has a wonderful front porch to relax and enjoy the neighbors or just read a book. The home's furnishings and kitchen were first class. Our daughter stayed at the home nearly 10 weeks. When she had a question about how something worked, Suzanne took the time to stop by and show her. Suzanne also provided her with suggestions for dining and entertainment in Fredericksburg. Suzanne definitely went above and beyond to make our daughter feel safe and comfortable. If our daughter or us ever have the pleasure of visiting Fredericksburg in the future, we will be sure to look to stay at Suzanne's rental! It felt like home to our daughter and she will leave Fredericksburg with wonderful memories. Thank you!"

"This was the perfect place to stay with a short walk to shops and restaurants, and close to my daughter and family as they welcomed my first grandchild! The hosts were extremely considerate leaving a small gift for my new grandson; and responsive on Christmas Eve when there was a cold snap and a problem with the furnace. They had someone stop out within an hour to address the issue and then came by personally to explain what happened and what they had done to fix it. I will definitely consider this place again when I come back down to visit with my family."
